YEAR 5 ACTION PLAN
Outcome 1: Key indicators of student success, including Momentum Metrics, are tracked across secondary and postsecondary to make data informed decisions to help close equity gaps.
1.1: Determine how information is shared within the network, including with professionals in student-facing roles, for decision-making that results in improved student outcomes.
1.2: Determine any additional data elements to be included on the NSR data dashboard and discuss what entity/entities will manage this tool past the end of the grant.
1.3: Meet with Work Teams 1-3 on a consistent basis to provide consultation on additional data needs and assist in efforts to tell the story of the impact of New Skills Ready.
Outcome 2: The impact of the New Skills Ready investment is measured.
2.1: Coordinate with the backbone team to communicate the impact of the investment using data.
2.2: Collaborate and coordinate with partner institutions to align the work of the data team to existing data systems and tools and develop an inventory of where data is being used for decision-making.
